2. Expiring Certificate Email Notifications

Compliance is key to keeping your business running smoothly, but staying on top of certification renewals can be tricky. That’s why we’ve introduced Expiring Certificate Email Notifications.

This feature ensures that you'll never miss an important renewal deadline again:

  • Customisable Alerts: Choose how far in advance you want to be notified about upcoming certificate expirations.
  • Email Reminders: Receive automatic reminders for regulatory and statutory certificates, giving you ample time to renew and remain compliant.
  • Streamlined Compliance: Reduce the risk of oversight and stay compliant with regulatory requirements, ensuring uninterrupted operations.

By helping you stay organised, this feature minimises the risk of costly disruptions due to expired certifications.

3. Lock Sales Forecasts

We’ve added a powerful new feature for company users: the ability to Lock Sales Forecasts. This adds an extra layer of control over your sales projections, ensuring they remain consistent and unaltered by individual venues once set.

Key benefits include:

  • Greater Control: Lock the sales forecasts at any time from either the staff costs dashboard or directly from the rota.
  • Secured Forecasts: Once locked, only company users can modify the forecast, preventing any accidental or unauthorised changes by venue managers.
  • Accurate Planning: With this new capability, you can ensure your forecasts align with your overall business goals and budgetary plans.

This update ensures that your sales targets remain on track, helping you to plan more effectively across all your venues.

Upgrades & Enhancements

Along with these exciting new features, we’ve also rolled out a few important upgrades to improve the Hopsy experience for you:

  • Documents Folders - Improved Mobile Friendly UI: Browsing and managing documentation is now even easier for users on mobile devices, thanks to our redesigned, mobile-optimised interface.
  • Certificates ‘Empty State’ Dashboard: For companies with no certificates uploaded, the certificates dashboard now has a new look. This “empty state” experience includes helpful guidance to walk you through how to set up your certificate feature.
  • Action Summary Email: We’ve expanded the options for email notifications. You can now opt to receive a daily action summary at 7 a.m., detailing all assigned tasks for the day. This allows you to stay organised and on top of your to-do list right from the start of your day.
