Company users can access the Certificates tab under each venue, while venue users can find it under the Compliance dropdown at their venue.  

You can upload all your compliance documents and certification, adding expiry dates if applicable.

The index view within each venue shows all uploaded certificates, allowing you to sort them by expiry date or certificate type. 

This way, you can easily keep track of which documents are nearing expiration and which ones are still valid.

Stay on Top of Compliance with Certificate Configuration

Setting up certificate requirements in Hopsy is straightforward to configure.  To ensure your business remains compliant, simply activate the records relevant to your operations. Hopsy settings control what appears on your dashboard, allowing you to tailor your compliance management to your specific needs. You can also choose how far in advance you want to be notified of certificate expirations, giving you ample time to renew and upload new documents.

Additionally, you can select which venues in your estate need to have specific certificates both present and ‘in date’. You can apply this setting to all venues or select them individually, providing flexibility in how you manage compliance across your business.

Monitor Compliance with the Certificates Dashboard

Once you’ve configured your certificate settings, the real magic happens on the Certificates Dashboard. 

Accessible through the Dashboards tab, this feature provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of compliance across all your venues.  

This information is updated in real-time, giving you a clear picture of where you stand at any given moment.

For more detailed insights, you can drill down into each certificate type. For example, if you need to check the status of a specific document across your estate, you can see at a glance how many are expired, expiring soon, or need to be uploaded. From there, you can directly upload new certificates or renew existing ones, all from within the dashboard.
